Andréa de Rocquigny
Andréa de Rocquigny is an associate lawyer with the Bomza Law Group, focusing on US-bound NAFTA work visa applications as well Canadian immigration and citizenship law matters, with a focus on both Federal and Quebec-based applications. She is based in our Montreal office.
With several years of experience assisting small, medium and large multinational corporations with their transfer of key employees and new recruits into Canada, Andréa has acquired significant expertise in all US-bound NAFTA work visa applications, Canadian (Federal and Quebec) work permit matters, including intra-company transferee applications, Labour Market Opinion applications and Quebec Acceptance Certificates (CAQ).
Andréa is a member of the Barreau du Québec, as well as the Law Society of Alberta. A graduate of the National Program, Andréa obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Common Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and her Bachelor of Laws (Civil Law) from the Université de Montréal. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Québec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI). Andréa is fluent in English and French.
